Located on the east side of beautiful Lower Herring off of scenic M-22 just 7 miles south of the quaint harbor town of Frankfort at 4264 Coolidge Frankfort, MI. 49635 . The Beresford was renovated in 2015 and has its own 55 ft. of Lakefront, dock, and rowboat. Lower Herring Lake is an all sports lake with a gradual change in depth for swimmers of all ages and abilities. Enjoy incredible sunsets.
The Beresford sleeps 6. 1 bedroom down with queen, 2 bedrooms up, 1 with queen, 1 with twin beds. Two rollaway comfortable cots as well may be placed where needed. A bathroom is located on each level. It has a full kitchen, fireplace, flatscreen with DVD player, washer/dryer, gas grill, and fire pit. Kayaks are available for additional cost. Children welcome. Grand Traverse Land Conservancy hiking trails border Lower Herring Lake and are just minutes away.

Golf Courses: Arcadia Bluffs, Pinecroft, Crystal Lake, Champion Hill, Crystal Mountain, are all within a 15-30 min. drive. Point Betsie (lighthouse), Platte River, Sleeping Bear Dunes/Glenn Arbor (20-45 min. drive on M-22). Interlochen Center for the Arts and Traverse City (40-55 min).
